I should have washed son's dirty uniform carried back from school early in the vacation. First I washed his other clothes he would change into anytime and the blanket after mother washed the sheet and the quilt cover for him. Just before the Spring Festival I removed his clothes and mine from the bed in the living room to the cupboard. I thought there was much time ahead and I could wash the uniform easily before he left for school. But son was informed to go back to school earlier than planned. So when I sorted his things out for taking to school yesterday, I embarrassedly found that I had forgotten to wash his uniform. Then I washed it immediately although he would leave in a few hours. Finally he could only take the wet uniform away. Moreover, in a hurry I failed to pack the blanket into his luggage. I wonder anxiously if his uniform has dried out and whether he felt cold last night without the blanket. If only I had fully prepared for him to report to school！
