Recently it has been warming up. Yesterday as I returned home after making a deposit in the bank, my underwear on the back had been soaked through with sweat. I took off my down jacket and cotton-padded trousers and changed into dry underclothes. I didn't feel cold with the windows open. It was sunny and windless. It seemed to me that spring had come suddenly. The ice-covered road turned watery and in the ruts appeared a string of puddles. But in the morning and evening, my exposed ears stung with cold. In the apartment no icy windowsills can be seen. However, at dawn I would feel a little cold before getting up. Obviously the heat supply of our residential buildings has been greatly reduced.
