A future housing estate has been under construction just behind the Central School after an extensive advertising campaign. I wonder if its developer has analyzed and predicted objectively the market demand. There are two other developers in our little town who will start their construction soon. I don't regard their projects promising. The other two are out of the way and  lowly located. And one of them is built on a graveyard. This one is nearly situated downtown but next to the heating boiler house which is the main source of the air pollution.
