Yesterday on my way to school I caught sight of a few new grasses of the same kind at the roadside. They are the messengers of spring. After three days from work and four days' bus-ride to school, I began to cycle again. The condition of my injured toe has taken a turn for the better. I had to pedal with my right heel. I had planned to have mother cut my hair on my return from work. But when she told me our pump didn't work again, I decided to solve the problem immediately. First I pulled the pump out the well with mother's help. Then I drew a jar of water with the special rubber barrel bought before as a temporary substitute. The pump is too old to be worth repairing. It will be replaced by a new one.
