My changed voice

I caught cold last weekend when I was digging up corn stubbles behind our backyard. It was around noon and I felt hot and took off my jacket. Now I wore nothing but underwear above my waist. Suddenly a gust of cold wind stung me on the waist. Then I had to turn around facing the gust and went on working for some time. On Sunday evening I felt chilly and put on thick clothes again. I knew I would come down with a cold, somehow. Then I had a headache and a sore throat with occasional coughing and sometimes coughed out some phlegm. I have taken a few tablets and drunk a lot of hot water. I 'm not troubled with the headache any more. But my sore throat has changed my voice and made my speaking quite difficult and uncomfortable.
