Yesterday when I was on my way to and from school the rain happened to be suspended. But the night before and during my stay at school it rained either slightly or hard. I think Heaven suspended the rain out of sympathy for me. This morning the drizzle was really depressing. At first I planned to go to work by bus. But soon the rain was beginning to let up. So I decided to cycle to school under the protection of my raincoat. I took a change of trousers and socks in case those worn should get wet. Luckily on my arrival at school, they were still dry. Later after finishing my teaching task I headed towards home while it didn't rain.
