- Surprised that there seems to be some gender discrimination here. This is 2014. Equality if the norm.
Previously, women were suppressed because they do not have the physical strength of men. However, machines and technology have emerged and besides, only menial jobs need strength. Such machinery have have rendered men quite useless. Therefore, women nowadays have more important position in society. Furthermore, women have independent earning power, so they are in control and can decide their own lives. They can now make their own choice of husbands to suit themselves. Nowadays, we see quite of lot of men doing menial jobs or house work while their wives go out and earn an income. As a matter of fact, it is easier for women to find a job than men.
Men somehow are unwilling to lose their dominant roles. Everything depends on facts and truth. The world has changed and we have to change too, otherwise, we would be living in a world of falsehood.

- It changes, so, it is kind of different that women do jobs than what they did decads of years ago. Some of them also can handle well between family and work, though there are also some women can not get a good marriage or divorced soon. Plus, a father in family also has a huge responsibility to educate kids either by words and deeds.
