The first period of the hot season has begun. The daily temperatures went up so high from late morning to early afternoon that it was unbearable sometimes. It was unwise to go outside in these hours for you would be all in a sweat even after a short journey in the sun. So if not necessary, don't expose yourself to the sun at the time. In spite of that, I had to go to our bungalow preparing lunch for son and then bring it back to the flat at noon. Once inside either one of the dwellings, I would strip to the waist. Yesterday afternoon the intolerable heat left me restless on the bed. Finally I lay down on the floor with draughts.
