One's temper is connected with his position, ability, virtue and reason. Generally speaking, the higher one's position is or the abler one is, the likelier he gets in a temper. In the meantime, one's virtue and reason can help him to keep his temper. Usually one's temper is unchangeable once it is formed. But there are occasional exceptions to the rule. One can change his bad temper into a good one as long as he tries his best. It's not related to one's status. In fact, it's an indication of maturity to adjust one's temper to the situation. Otherwise one would be subject to attacks and losses in store.

- Though it is not easy to change bad temper to good completely, it's possible to control bad temper with the help of reason. Of course, we will be more and more mature and rational with growing up. Besides, there are few people are willing to endure your bad temper, and no one should take. So just try best to keep calm and control temper even if everyone has own temper.

- As for temper, I think it can be linked with age. When we are young, we can't control our emotions well and be likely angry with something. As time goes by,
we can handle it properly after experiencing a lot. What's more, knowing how to deal with emtion are more important than bearing it in mind. We ought to find suitble way to release, not just hide. It's will become uncontrolled if we bear it for long time.
