First impressions of the new headmaster

He is from a little town east of ours on the Changchun-Jilin highway. He came over to succeed his predecessor in our Central School last semester. First he issued an ultimatum demanding our school suspend the free transportation service offered to commuting teachers. Then he made each student in the Central School buy a hoop for sports activities. Later he required all students to wear school uniforms newly ordered. He tried all means to accumulate wealth in the short period in office. His incompetence can be confirmed from the two meetings poorly organized this term and his prolonged speech with little point and the mismanagement of the routine work at the Central School recently.

- What does the man want to do? He troubles the students and the teachers. As the saying goes," A new broom sweeps clean". But obviously, he failed to give colleagues a good impression. I believe it’s important to have a good management for a school and to concentrating on improve the educational quality. Best wishes.
