Today on my way back from son’s school I saw by accident some trees still with green leaves through the bus windowpanes on some spot in Changchun. This can be called a wonder at present when the local temperature often drops to the degrees below zero at night. In our region almost all the broadleaf trees have turned to be leafless up to now. Maybe the place where the green trees stand is low sited and surrounded by high－rise buildings which can keep the cold air out. In addition, these trees have a southern exposure. I found the top parts of their heads had been bald.
