A short time ago I knew on TV that a relief fund will be established for the needy people. The people in extreme poverty or acute financial difficulty may apply to it for help. Yesterday on the local news program Watch over the City the public was called to offer voluntary help to a helpless couple whose baby girl was badly scalded. Today on the same program a female undergraduate stricken with leukemia was reported to need urgent financial aid. Up to the program broadcast in the evening, only over ¥6,000 had been donated to wretched baby, too little for her medical treatment. Without the launch of the relief fund program, how can these people in need be rescued from danger？
