Complaints on central heating

During the warm period of this winter, people all said that the weather was to the advantage of the heat company. With the temperature nearly dropping to －20C°, the company became the target of public criticism. Many apartment dwellers complained that they felt no warmth expected. The other day I saw a leaflet posted outside the entrance of our corridor. All us cheated heating consumers were called on to denounce the corruption of the company on the Internet. I think the problem is that many new blocks of flats have joined to share the same amount of heat supply before. More buildings need more heating boilers. As the buildings grow, how can the company ensure that its customers are satisfied with the service without increasing boilers？

- This is typical of the energy companies fleecing residents out of their hard earned money. They don't expand the heating systems to keep up with the new developments. They think the resident won't know all these hanky panky business. They know! It is time to bring out those incapable or corrupt officials and expose their mismanagement. There are still several months of cold weather ahead, something has to be done if they don't do it.

- The heating company can fool the customers for some time but not all the time. I don’t think it can survive if it won’t invest more when customers are growing year after year. As a matter of fact, the temperature in my apartment is acceptable for the time being.
