I hate to stay in our office because it is usually smoky and noisy. In warm and sunny days I would go outside if I had no classes. But as the cold weather set in, I found nowhere to go at first except bearing the foul air and gossiping indoors. Then it occurred to me that I could spend my leisure reading in the boiler room at the west end of the middle row of houses. But recently I made a pleasurable discovery that the easternmost room in the south teaching bungalow has been deserted, which had been a nursery. It is warm and quiet that I can rest and study there without any disturbance.
