Last night I forgot to switch off the electric cooker when I was heating a steamed bun with it. After I switched it on, I went to the computer surfing the internet, leaving the cooker all behind. It seemed after a long time I began to recall the heating suddenly. I rushed to the kitchen immediately without wearing slippers. But it was too late. The water in the cooker had already boiled away. The light on the cooker was still on. I switched off the cooker in a hurry. I was terrified by it. And several times the milk I boiled in an electric cooker at mother’s spilled because I left it out of sight and then forgot it.
