A rubbish hole was dug recently at the dump in our neighborhood. In the past when winter came, a high mound of garbage could be seen there, surrounded with a slope of frozen fluid waste. As the dustmen come frequently, we can see no pile of waste and no icy slope. It was proper to dig the hole for containing the trash as a dustbin does. This can prevent the fluid waste from flowing here and there. But it is better to build a drainage system for the sewage disposal. Otherwise we have to continue to bear with the stink sewage gathered near the dump in summer.
