What a pleasant smell!

I can only enjoy but can't tell.

It's been a long absence

Since its last presence.

Its origin is bean curd,

Which is often seen and heard.

But in our town this is the best；

Both smell and taste are above the rest.

Usually it is hard to buy

Because demand exceeds supply.

That’s why I'm very high.
