1 June

Several meters away I saw mother fall.

Back of her head knocked against wall.

This occurred quite suddenly to appall.

And her hit spot grew swollen and tall.

2 June

I went to fetch the gift for the festival.

It caused me great agony and trouble.

Returning with grain and eggs on foot,

Took me hours on the scorching route.

3 June

My vegetable ants intended to share,

Which was beyond what I could bear.

I killed them with the left insecticide.

That white fluid may be really relied.

4 June

Buckets of rainwater I’ve caught,

In case which may be a bit short.

It was too much for me to detain.

Vast amount has escaped in vain.

5 June

It's wise to wait, don't make haste.

Or our money would run to waste.

They're expensive,don't purchase.
Soon the discarded may disperse.
6 June

Downpour made me gripped by fear.

Any time rains leaking could appear.

I checked all ceilings there and here,

And longed for the sky turning clear.

7 June

Brother found seedlings at some spot.

He carried some of them to our court.

Hurriedly I planted in our vacant plot.

My weight wet soil could not support.

8 June

We would report for duty the next day.

I told brother and sister without delay.
Now they were to take over my place,

Attending to aged mother in any case.

9 June

The long vacation comes to an end.
At last the normal life has returned.
Again students might attend school
Inasummer that's particularly cool.
10 June
I didn't know if we would rest.
Asking about it might be best.
I was informed to stay at nest.
In fact this had been manifest.
11 June

I inspected the roof as it got dry.

Otherwise I would not quietly lie.

I adjusted four tiles out of place.

The side eaves have a new face.

12 June

Son has moved into the new flat.

He rang me up telling about that.
I asked about his living and work,
Expecting him to be a good clerk.
13 June
Russian invaders gain the upper hand.
Ukrainians fight for every inch of land.
They urgently require heavy weapons.
Some had been offered by Americans.
14 June
After prolonged rain sky turned to brighten.
I could labour outside the backyard garden.
Onion plot urgently demanded me to weed.
Pumpkins there required to fertilize indeed.
15 June
Almost no service is free of charge.
I regret that I could ever misjudge.
I realized I had fallen into the trap.

The company often tries to kidnap.
16 June
Son brought a suit against that company.
Boss of the branch made him an apology.
Now getting acquainted with the incident,
He was angered keeping no longer silent.
17 June
Now the normal life has at last returned.
Female staff are on duty every weekend.
The male teachers are on the night shift
Except those who would like to offer gift.
18 June
The pumpkin plants have begun to climb.
I should tie those stems to posts in time.
I grow a great number of them this year,
Desiring a bumper crop with good cheer.
19 June
I will suspend making steamed bread.
We should live mainly on rice instead.
Black worms might feed on our grain.
I cannot permit this to happen again.
20 June
Yesterday afternoon it rained so hard,
Which caused a flood in the backyard.
This downpour had not been forecast.
The area it influenced was really vast.
21 June
After breakfast I found front tyre flat.
I could do nothing but deal with that.
So I rushed to the repairer's at once.
However, he wasn't there by chance.
22 June
Mother can't defecate by herself now.
I am glad to give her a hand anyhow.
How could I repay her maternal love?
To do anything if my conditions allow.
23 June
After rain, the atmosphere gets so clean.
The planted onions turn erect and green.
How short the recent sunshine has been!
Scorching weather is desired to be seen.
24 June
He comes to my help year by year.
I decide to present him some beer,
For his liking to drink is quite clear.
It’ll bring comfort though not dear.
25 June
Use up cement as quickly as I can,
For this I've made temporary plan.
I'll construct doorstep of our shed,
Plastering that chimney overhead.
26 June
We need to tackle problems at hand,
That oft don't belong to the planned.
The plants demand posts to support.
So I must do though it was very hot.
27 June
The torrential rain beat the window.
Soon leaked in constant water flow.
This happened to the old bungalow.
Nice solution I really hope to know.
28 June
At my departure it rained outside.
I would have an hour's cycle ride.
I wore coat waterproof and wide,
Wrapped my shoes and fast tied.
29 June
The apricots turn yellow but still hard.
There is nobody about keeping guard.
Such unique opportunity I must seize.
Or they can disappear from the trees.
30 June
Under international pressure Russia has to agree
Ukraine can export grain to other nations by sea.
That could ease the world hunger and food crisis.
Meanwhile we've witnessed the victory of justice.
