How do you think the boss?

I think the boss in the world is probably most unpopular person, they always want to down the cost and gain the profit from you, my boss is just older 2 years than me, in fact everyone is selfish, but he is more, an instance is that it is my turn for overtime, he will come instead of me to get the extra pay, he has a good salary, so he can pain more, it is not fair but I can’t help it, I want to get a better job but it is not easy, so I feel very miserable and under the weather all the time, my girl friend said I have never done my effort to get it, maybe she is right, I just feel depressed but do nothing, I really don’t know what can I do?
I don’t know what do I need to improve, because I never receive the HR call, and I just have one interview so far, it was successful and I got the current job, so I have no more experiences, I don’t know what do they want, I can fill all the requirement they list in the website
Maybe I need be more patient or I am not excellent, now I play tennis with someone they are older than me, I guess they can give me some advices, after all they are better than me now, whatever tomorrow will be a better day, I will make a lot of efforts to get what I want, even if it is vain, I have no regret, I am young and can repair them quickly

- The world was created in such a way that there is no enough of important things. Not enough money, no enough reasonable homes, not enough good jobs. In fact, most people cannot get what they want and cannot make their dreams come true despite working very hard. Why force yourself so hard to pursue things out of your reach. Just try your best. Good if you can succeed but if you can't get what you want, just live your life happily and let others say what they want to say. What is the use of succeeding when most of your life has passed?

- Every one have his pressure , and what happens to you is frequently happen to graduate student when they leave school for a few years , little salary, no promotion, and great hope and/or pressure of his family and society, everyone is depressed in this case , what one can do is to do what he can do. a bad mood will not help but will bring a worse case.

- if you can't change the circumstance, you can only change yourself.You said you want to get another job, but next one may not be better than the present one. Perhaps you can view matters from your boss's point, never say you won't be like him if you were the boss, because no one knows what will happen in the future. i believe that most of us have experienced the situation like yours. so don't be miserable, it is just pain of growing

Iyou think about it in a so deep way, that is great,it can give me a relief when i am depress, but the life is complex, sometimes i have some dreams, some hopes that can give me the power, maybe i can't come true most of them, but i am very happy i can pursue something, it is better than do nothing, haha, you are so smart, i guess you must understand what i say, thank you, mate
