I think regular is very important, how do you think about? I remember there is a period that I practise spoken English every morning on the way, we can do it all the time cause I need take her to her company, and I got great progress during that time,  but when it became cold later,we can't insist on practising, then I forgot many words, now it is the same as before,  and it is a little hard to learn English at regular time to me, but I know it is important, so I will do my best to do it.
