Due to too many mistakes happend, many people lose faith in us. I know you will ask me why there are so many mistakes, actually I do not know how to explain it just like nobody can find MH300. I need spend a lot of time to learn the new process and find the key point to control and track the quality. It is not easy to me. On other hand,  people have common mind on new thing when they do not know what is the fact, in other words , we did not express ourselves very well and convince them. So we need communicate with other people and let them know what we try our best to do. I think if we are workaholic to complete something for company and all of us have common goal, we will have better future, how do you think about?
