Maybe most of us have a lot of habits, what is the one you hate? For me, sleeping too late is that I want to change, many times I said to myself I must sleep early because of my health/ Morning shift work...... but some times I do it again, Maybe we didn't just say to ourselves, we need make a plan, and do it as plan. So I should think about how to do it tomorrow.
