Everyone must have relationship with other people, because you know they can’t totally live independently,  the difference is someone has very good relationship, and someone has a little good relationship. And I think anyone want  good relationship, so it becomes very important that we clearly know the relationship status and recover it in time. I think about myself deeply and get the conclusion, many time I like to do something lonely and it is bad for my relationship with other people, especially you need to manage the employee or have a cooperation with the colleague in one team. This result was gotten necessarily cause you don’t communicate with other people or don’t give the benefit to other people. That is reasonable. So when you are happy, you should take other people’s feeling into consideration, so the self-concern is bad for us or the whole team and we need to remind ourselves momently.
