The main reason to cause Internet addiction is many yong people lack parental supervision or control. Besides that, it also leads to eye strain, muscle problems and obesity, because Internet addiction keeps their attention on the console without moving out. Moreover, because nobody remind them that they are wasting time, they may abandon their school work jobs, or even the time for bed. Finally, after the so called "fun and short" enjoyable time on the Internet, they can only find themselves lost a lot in the real life(that happened on me), because they put all their effort online and left nothing in reality.
