The qualities of a leader

When talking about leaders,many pictures come into view.tall,handsome,wearing tie and suitcase.That's very commer.But as to me,those are not necessary to become a successful leaders.
Great leaders own various qualities such as capacity ,decisiveness,perseverance and so on.
In my opinion,as leaders,we ought to have the cappacity of heading and managing others as well as ourselves.Because we always stand at the top before others and we should show them our perfect diathesis and caracters.As with leading ,prestige is essential for we can receive respects as much as possible.In addition,we should be decisive enough.Being leaders ,we have to face different circumstances and need to make decisions in time.That asks us to passess the qualities of decision.In equel terms,preseverance and ideas are very important.
It's quite known to us that chairmanMao is a great leader in China,further more aound the world.He is famous for his military leadship and specil nature;intellectual and thoughtfull in serious situations.At the begining of the warr,he presisted in the policy on hou fight against enemies and guided us gain the success of the war.That's amazing!
As proverb says;age makes hero.inthe same way，without a suitable surroundings，it's probabilly more difficultto be a leader.
All in all,whatever kinds of leaders we are,certain qualities are needed to make us stronger and greater leaders.

- A good leader or supervisor should have good organizing and a fair mind. He also needs to have overall good judgement of different siutations without sacrificing the interests if those under him. Chairman Mao led China but he cannot be described as a great leader with vision. Millions of people perished and suffered immensely during the cultural revolution and the great leap forward. Zhou En Lai can be described as a good leader considering his foresight and effective administration.

- well said. Also a good leader must know how to deal with all kind of intelligent people, making them get along well with each other and being happy to contribute to the same goal you set.
