Practice makes perfect!It's so reasonable!

I haven't communicated with other persons to by speaking  english for some times.So today,I received a call from somebody.She want to communicate with me in English.while my perfermance isn't natural.Even I felt that I was unresponsive.I want to express my opinion while there is lack of logic step.I can't express it exactly like what I imagine.

Although I can practice writing by myself,could it be said that I also should say to myself every day.I have some depressed feeling coming out.
