As a outlander, it is too ordinary to move home. To me,  it is 15month from I jion in work and  hove move 5 times and the 6th is coming. Due to the lease is at maturity, I must move out before the 15th, November. I plan to move into a house which stain 5 small rooms that contain one couple, a boy, a boy, a girl and me.  We use one wash room, one kitchen,  one anti-theft-door. Although I dislike this structure very much, I  choose it. Ressons are:

      1 the rent are cheaper than others

      2 the room partner is my workmate who is a good cooperater

      3 my lease just 4 months

      4  Generally speaking, the lease is 1 year in Beijing. Before you sign a contract with mediater, you should pay guarantee deposit and brokerage fee)

     

Now, I begin gather up my luggage and prepare for moving home.
