Please!Please!HELP!!!!!!!!

There is no denying that my English is so poor.This time it was proved again.Oh,my gosh!How can I improve it quickly?What should I do?Just recit English words or articles?
Thank you for a good gentalman who always talk to me in English.Before I talk to he ,I thought my English is poor but never thought is too poor ,excessing my mind of my Eglish standard!From what has mentioned above,I get a conclusion that I should speaking English to improve it or other way which I have not come up.Therefore,if people who read this article please give me some advices.Thank you very much!!!!
As a popular saying goes"light at the end of tunnel".So I decided to do what I can to study English and make my best to improve it!anyway!!!!
Last but not least,I want to say if you don't mind my English is too poor.Could you mind add and chat with me in English???Not only want to improve my English,but also intend to make more friends!!!!!!

- snowflying: my friend,you are right.to a person spoken english whether he is a foreigner or a chinese,english seems not used tostudy ,but for our common person,wehehe...in fact, i think the Chinese are the 'laziest' guys in the world, they always can find shortcuts to reach their destinations, especially in studying English or to pass every kind of exams....Therefore, if you ask me for what sort of suggestions for you to learn English. First, it depends on your goal! For instance, to pass a test, then base on its guidence you can arrange your schedule and make your plan, even to attend some special training courses, whatever it's up to u!! Next, to improve your English skill, which part is your weakest, speaking, listening, reading or writing? Perhaps, we can choose of them to discuss, for example, speaking. ....okay, why do you think speaking it is tricky to you? Vocabulary? if it is, there is a very clear solution, right? or accuracy, grammar, tense, fluency etc. .....Thus, the truth for obtaining a shortcut, it is so simple, is clearly aware of your weakness or flaws so as to develop ur strategy! :)))
