Tomorow I must keep the morning exercise ongoing. I have done the slow running at morning for more than a week, but in the recent two nights, I went to bed lately, which caused that I failed to wake up on time. when I got out of bed, there was no time to exercise, only had the time to catch the bus for work, and still it is kind of late.. It is a bad habit for work and rest.
