So far my articles are mainly concerned self-management. The main method I used is reasoning, and I haven’t emphasize much on EQ(Emotional Quotient), such as optimum, open-minded, self-confidence, strong will. But we all know these are important in people’s life.

From now on , I am going to discuss something more interpersonal or social, I have to admit that I am not very good at these fields, and I have many things to learn.

There is no absolute right or wrong in self-management. You are in charge of yourself , and different people have different character, There is no best, only the fittest.

But when it comes to the social case , there is a big difference , because what you do may impact on others , so you have to balance and make a decision. For the same problem, different people may think in various aspects .That’s why people get together and discuss when making important decisions.
