Most of us have been to KTV . What do you like doing there ? Yes , singing songs and dancing . But some of my friends are so shy that they keep sitting on the sofa all the time .

I am not good at singing or dancing . But if I am asked to show something , I won’t refuse .  I can sing some songs well , I think . In order to sing well , sometimes I listen and sing by myself while I am doing housework ,cooking or having a bath. What’s more , I also practise dancing in front of a mirror by watching the computer at home.  I think it’s the most exciting way of exercise .

However , I don’t always persom well . But I am not afraid . sometimes I intend to sing songs which I am not very familiar with . I think it’s a chance for me to relax and improve myself. And I am sure I will be better next time. I am not afraid of making a fool of myself . What do you think ? Sometimes we dance disco casually to some DJ or some other crazy music . As some of you know , I am not young any more .But I danced until I sweated. At the very beginning , after dancing with friends  , I asked myself whether others laughed at me. Maybe , maybe not . Then I asked myself if I myself would laugh at others . Completely not .  So ,don’t be shy . Do what you like . To be happy and relaxed is more important . No matter what you do, and no matter how old you are , don’t care about others too much .

Youth is not the state of time , but the state of mind . Do you think I am right ?
