Recently ,I host a project named “The construction and research into the Indexes System of the happiness index of old people ”
It's the first time for me to host a project.I 'm tring my best to do it excellently. In fact,I've already learnt a lot in the process as though the project has just been half done.I have a more profound understanding of that A great leader needs all kinds of good qualities and skills such as leadership, sense of responsibility, time management, dealing with interpersonal relationship and so on.
Take carring out the questionnaire investigation for example.
Firstly I have to find enough volunteers to do this exhausting job of questionnaire investigation.People who haven't ever done this kind of job can hardly imagine how difficult it would be especially when your objects are all old guys over 60 years old.You may ask me the question why don't i pay people to do this.I really really want to pay them but out budget is so limited.
Secondly it's my responsibility to make sure that our total workload is allocated to each team member fair-and-square .Otherwise, there will be people cursing me rearward and working with an awful mood.
Finally ,it is of course should be me who must pay close attention to the whole process.Because when the result turns out to be good it is our common achievement, however it would mainly be my fault when the opposite result occurs.
