We often hear stories about how successful friends are, they are buying houses and cars etc, while others have to hold on to low paying boring jobs for living expenses. It is necessary to improve onself but you do not have to believe those stories about richness and success. I have a friend who told me he has bought a house and car, but later I discovered that he borrowed money for first deposit and also have to return big money to the bank every month. According to my calculations, he will bankrupt soon. My advice is to stand on real ground and don't let those stories affect you. Most people are still struggling to buy a house which is not easy. Thinking too much and aiming too high will bring depression and mental problems. Take it easy. Live within your means, work hard and plan realistically.
