I have been the company almost one year.

It's a design house,just like it,most of the collegues are male,and just two female in the office,I was one in two.

They are all kind people,and I got and will get a lot from them before and in future.

We are working in a harmony enviroment,even the wages are not high.

From Pavel,I learn how to enrich myself,Anysun told me how to solve the problem and prepare everything before others;Jane let me know to be a smart and logic person is much important;and I also learnt calmless form ken,happy from Andy;patience form Cotton,harworking from Denice,Ruby and others.Here the most important thing I learnt is to ask why ,to think more ,to find the reason ,the slovement ways and to do it.It's easy to say than do.

Everyone wants to be perfect,so do I,but it's hard to reach.I wanna to be a more smarter and mature ,and keep childhood hearts.

1.sum up your ideas, list them in a paper and mark them  the emergency,urgent and unimportant.

   If I do this,I will know I should do what first,and I won't feel nervous and tired the whole day.

2. mark each sample,it's more convenient for your collegue and your daily job.

    each sample has its owner,you can arrange them more easily than your writting record.

3. Be more hardworking ,never to be lazy.

    Lazy is the start of your failure.When you don't want to make your ideas into practice,you should urgent yourself,and to do it immediately.Never think that you will do it asap or later,when you have the idea,you will lose your passion,and the result is you delay them more and more,and make you feel powerless.

 4. Listen to your collegues.

     They are more elder than you,and have a lot of experience,which can enrich you.Not just listen to them,but also listen them more tender.Maybe you have your own thinking,maybe you are right,there are lots of maybes here,you'll lose anything from listen to them,but you'll get a lot,such as experience,happiness and respect.

 5.speak out

    speak out what you are thinking about with your congitative and sober attitude.

    You should make others get your topic's point,so they can find the questione you are looking for.Besides,you'll get well with them.

    This is the thoughts I think of in 21th,Oct.,and I will add more thoughts about life and job time in future.
