Every girl wants a thin figure,most of them take it as a career in their whole life.me,as a girl ,also want a thin figure,much less i am a girl who have a little fat .what's going on ?why do me have so many fat ?tell you,I'm 59kg!!!╮(╯▽╰)╭，god,help me!many measures of losing weight have be taked.but, to me ,it doesn't work!i know that heath is the most important thing ,but loving beauty is a girl's natural instincts.could you tell me some methods to lose weight?

- Search for information about 鄭欣宜 or Cheng Yan Yee. Her mother is extremely overweight and so does she. Now she is a slim and pretty girl. As far as I know, she depended on eating sensibly and doing excercise.

- You just said what i want to say, I suggest you going to the gym periodically. I once went to the gym about 2 month though I didn't lose weight. But I did make a habit of exercising now and then. I believe if you stick to it, you will succeed~

no matter reduce appetite or do exercise,but the effect is not obvious.
