quit office or not?

Recently I am not feel good ,for in bad job status. And it have affected my daily life. I always analyze it from time to time in these days. Is it benefit for my development ? I can't get the answer. Whether I need to abide it . How could I do ? If I quit the job ,would I get a better or suitable one quickly? I am not sure. I struggle. ,,,,I don't want to think about it much ,,I think I can make a choice in due course, so now what i can do is going to sleep.
