Once I hated hearing other girls talking about losing weight because I thought being healthy is beautiful. Of course, it doesn’t mean I was thin. However, when I meet more and more thin girls I gave up my idea about it. Especially last semester I went shopping with my roommates who are all thin and beautiful. I liked a sweater. God knows how much I like sweater! Then I tried it on. When I came out of the fitting room and look to the mirror, I want to kill myself. It is so tight that the beauty of that sweater was broken and. My roommates asked me to take it off because they all think I ruined that excellent cloth. How shameful! It was from that day I decided to losing weight also from that day I said good bye to my diner.

If you think how determined I am then you are wrong. Indeed, I lost several kilogram, 3kilograms exactly. After the summer vocation my weight goes back again. Okay, if you wane criticize me you can start now. Now I still want to be thin but I also know if I just eat less and don’t exercise more I can not lose ant weight.

I want talk about losing weight--the lasting topic most girls concern. To be honest I think those girls who have a good figure are more attractive. When I see them I also will star them like boys. Looking the TV screen, magazine and the Internet we can find these thin girls give us more visual enjoyment. So many girls want to lose weight. That’s reasonable but we can not torture ourselves by suffering hungry, right? I don’t agree with “little S” a star form Taiwan, who said “to be thin or to die”. We should try to keep healthy. If our weight goes beyond a certain scale, going beyond this scale means being bad condition, we should diet and do more exercise. Not eating is the worst thing.
