Are you ready to give birth to the second child?

It is said there are 6 requirements to give birth to a second child. 1. You have a nice and loving mother-in-law. 2. You have helpful and healthy parents. 3. You have a trustworthy husband. 4. Your first child is happy to have a sibling. 5. You have enough vacations and weekends free from work. 6. You have enough income or savings (estimated 10 times of average local income or 100 times of average local family income).
I have to say, we meet five requirements except the last one. Money is still the major concern. And to be frank, I take it that if the last one is not a problem, then the first five won't be obstacles, either.
The benefits of having another child is beyond argument. However, do we have the courage to go through all those pains and worries of bearing and raising a young life?

- The high officials have lots of money,but they are annoyed for the one-child policy even if they are affordable to raise 2 and even more children. So they are eager to break the one-child policy to have more children.

- The sixth one is really very important. But in reality, people with low income in countryside seems don't worry this problem, however, the middle class worry much more and don't want to lower the standard of current living.

- I have read in the news that even when the government allows people to have a second child, they may not have a second child. Having a second child is not like before when you just give birth and let the child grow up with whatever money you have. Having a child in these modern days is an expensive venture. You have to provide a lot towards their upbringing, health and well being. Careful consideration is essential.
