It is said there are 6 requirements to give birth to a second child. 1. You have a nice and loving mother-in-law. 2. You have helpful and healthy parents. 3. You have a trustworthy husband. 4. Your first child is happy to have a sibling. 5. You have enough vacations and weekends free from work. 6. You have enough income or savings (estimated 10 times of average local income or 100 times of average local family income). I have to say, we meet five requirements except the last one. Money is still the major concern. And to be frank, I take it that if the last one is not a problem, then the first five won't be obstacles, either.
