Should One Expect a Reward When Doing a Good Deed?

874 views. 2011-11-7 15:45

Someone argument that doing a good deed should receive some rewards from one who had accepted other's helpness. They think this is a personal action and he or she have no duty to do it.So their devoting is worth of some rewards and have a reason to asking a reward from a person accepted.

However, the others think that doing a good deed shouldn't expect a reward because one who get your helpness dosen't ask you to help him.So all your action is lead from your moral. As many think, you are a good man and a warn-heart man.Althought you help others, you still are not any right to ask a reward.

What do your think about these two main part idea?

It really depends on what the incident is. You can expect a reward when a rich man driving a BMW gets stuck in his car and calls out for help. He is not going to die if don't help him. If his car is on fire and he would die, then you should help regardless of whether you will be rewarded or not. One thing we must understand that is everyone one of us, both you and me, will have some trouble, accident or emergency sometime in our life and desperately needs others to help. It is evil not to help a desparate or dying person.
