“ Never let me go” is really a wonderful movie which shows love, science ,inhumanity and clone to us. What impressed me deeply is that the brutality and inhumanity of our human beings. From the beginning to the end of this movie, the feeling of sadness and grief goes stronger and stronger. It is kind of the smothering and unspeakable pains. All men are born equal. However, those kids who are defined as donators are deprived of living a normal life. They are told that when they are created, donation is their destiny. They cannot dream of being teachers, dancers or doctors, nothing huge but a normal human being’s life. So when this scene is presented in front of me, it seems as if my heart is drowned in the salty water. It is our human beings who give those cloned people lives. But it is also our human beings who kill the cloned people for their healthy organs. So here I want to ask whether the normal people’s lives are much more important that the cloned lives or not. Just as what Kath said in the end of this movie, “What I’m not sure about is if our lives have been so different from the lives of people we save. We all complete.” Why are those cloned people destined to be butchered as pigs? Why can’t us human beings give the cloned people the respect they should have earned. It is the respect for all the creatures. For the profit of our human beings, is it right to ignore and what’s worse, kill other creatures’ lives? Such words as inhumanity and cruelty shouldn’t be used to described human beings in such a civilization. I think in the course of the development of mankind, it is time for us to reflect our behaviors. Wish such tragedy wouldn’t occur in the real world.
