I always think of what is the happiness and how to live my life , Once I 'v read a article , I think that article give the answer to me . It says right , Life is short , I never know when my last day will come , I should live every day like it is my last. Live life now, Enjoy life now .Don't delay to one day when I think I own more , But enjoy what I own now.My family,my friends, my health. Don't own something just for owning , Rather than own something for enjoying. Lefe is a gift from god,let me remember that the invaluable things in my life are free, Such as, Air and sunlight.
As the happiness, Let me know that the happiness is just a state of mind , It depend on my attitude. I like some sentences from a movie " you have a bun when I am hungry,Then you are happier than me ;you have a lammy when I feel cold, Then you are happier than me ..."
The key to happiness is to learn to restrain my desires which not necessary to me .Learn to be satisfied with what I have now.
