I held a meeting dinner to discuss about the vote of committee.There were three agreements which I wanted my team members to do to make.First was making a relax feeling to speak their opinions.Second was discussing what they have done and obtained in this year.Third was making an agreement to do something for girls in our major.As I am the monitor in our major,I saw some problems when I managed the committee.The most important problems I thought was that we didn't have enough opportunities to let our boys and girls communicate with each other.Consequently,I came up the third point to try to solve this problem before I retire from the monitor.However,my team members didn't think high of this problem.They thought it was normal.Okay,maybe this problem become one of my regret this year.

Next time to be a leader,it is necessary to become more conscintious and more confident.Being a friendly guy is also important.Remember this trips which copy from <The Principle Of Leaders>
