how get along with this boss?

I always try my best to do the work well, however, my leader behaves negatively to cooperate with me. Throw the tasks to me and give little help, even I ask for. It seems it's only my duty and none of his business. If I could do all the things on my own, then the existing of you as my tutor is meaningless.
Further we are in a team and one system of handling business with our customers. We need cooperation and help from each other.
In addition, I am a fresnman here and not familiar with evything. I need to learn from you and get guide form you instead of leaving me alone. You don't know the fast growing of myself means a lot to you. And you don't know your indifference do a geat harm to your subordinate.

- There are plenty of selfish people like that in our working environment. Their mentality is why should I help you? What can I get from helping you up? These are not good managers and they won't have much success in management. Just do your task properly and hope one day he would change.

- 异物: I frankly don't think you boss did anything wrong.Think about this, when the emergency happens, I don't know how to deal with it and the company will suffer a big loss if it cannot be settled properly. My tutor who has working in the company for four years has rich experience and resources, just leave myself to handle the issue. I know yong people need to learn to solve problems by ourself. But this need a process of teaching, studying and growing. And that's why the ancestors pass on their knowledge to descendants instead of keeping them to death. That's also the meaning of the existence of books.

- it is called office politics boy ...every companies have this .so just stand it , sometimes they have an incentive .may be you are youngy that threaten the older colleagues .sometimes they obtaining their advantages beyond legitimat authority .. tangible assets or intangible benefits like status!! or pseudo-authority that influences the behavior of others
