Yesterday I came back to Changsha. My Mom told me these days it always rained cats and dogs outside, not so hot, but now, the heat outside is suffocating. Maybe Changsha could be enrolled as "Four Furnaces of China", the high temperature here is on a par with that in Wuhan. Unbearable. Friends in Guangdong joked they became "Roast Duck". HOHO.
The day before yesterday, before I went to buy a ticket in the train ticket agency nearby, it occured to me I could use my Student Identity Card. So I made a confirmation on the internet whether I could use it now or not. Having known I might get a student ticket if I bought the ticket in the railway station, I chose to go there even though I was not so sure this time those "somebody"s would give me the ticket for half price after many unhappy experiences of buying disount high-speed-railway tickets. They refused to sell the student ticket to me for the address is different from the destination on my Student Identity Card. I had a ray of hope that staff in railway station was kinder than staff in speed highway station. Haha. It turned out to be they were really kinder than those "somebody"s. I used the Student Identity Card for nearly four years, they had many reasons, like no steel seal on my photo, the difference between destination and address, etc. Ridiculous. If they know Xiangyin County is likely to return to Changsha, they will be silent. Anyway, I will graduate soon so less chance for me to use that Card.
Last night, I had an attempt to dance in the moonlight (someone taught people to dance), sounds romantic, but dancing is really a challenge for me. The last time I danced was when I was a freshman. Then I found I had no talent for dancing. Actually it was the first time that I danced, without any dance skills. I hope I can learn to dance a few dances. Perhaps it will play a positive role in cultivating my mind. I should not be afraid of any challenge. Go for it.
