The Last-word Guy Left

716 views. 2011-5-11 21:49

Cling, cling and then a deep grunt, he inched his step in the corridor with a little and rhythmic swaying from left to right. A string of key hung on his belt produces such sound as soon as he moves his short but heavy body, while the low and deep gasp is apparently the belonging of a heavy drunker. For all employees, all these things only mean a signal-boss is coming.

Behind a pair of spectacles are small but piercing eyes on the well-fed face, they usually scan you but sometimes measure you, in most cases, convey a rigid and fastidious notion, especially a glare in his quick turn- face which is seemingly triggered off by a fit of spasm, together with a slight of cold grin on his flabby cheek, tends to keep all present quite out of fear.

At the sight of his key on the belt, most are liable to jump a conclusion that he is behind the times because that way to hold key can date back to 1970s, however, far from an outdated and wavering person, he impressed everybody by his decisive and unprecedented reforming style and far-sighted and ambitious developing strategy.

Smelling is believing, a strong tobacco odor from his office sends a sure information that he is now lobbing for his grand prospect before subordinators or coteries. Seeing through the thick blanket of smoke, the hazy realm he occupied shows a more mysterious atmosphere. Neither alienable nor approachable, he has been keeping a low profile presence here and never made a public appearance or speech in the staff meeting, maybe he think it will be more effective for his management by adding more mysterious ingredients about himself.

Nevertheless, a way will definitely get work if you’d like to catch a true himself deeply-drink, a chance to have drunk as much as possible afford men a vent to the unusual ebullition of sensations, where it can tell a masculine guy with high personal loyalty and generosity, of course, a eternal loneness aroused in the the so-called hero’s Doomsday.

He slipped away sliently and nobody in the company became aware when he left, both him and his history disappeared from our vision and memory.
