Be your boss or working at a company
In the face of the fierce employment situation,many youth will choose to find a job firstly,during the primary stage of the employment,these college students can learn new knowledge,experience a different corporate culture and accumulate rich working experiences.All these will be helpful to their future development.
Among those who chose to set up their own business, many of them have been working in companies for a certain time. On one hand,they feel the working environment is boring and the development space is limited.On the other hand,these entrepreneurs have build up a certain amount of customer resources through many years of exploration. This is the best time to realize their dream.
In my opinion,starting a business require ideal program,abundant funds,good relationship and so on.For college graduates,they can choose to work firstly and wait for the ripe opportunities to fulfill their dream.Anyway,everyone can adjust their future planning according to their own situation,then create a beautiful future.

- A regular job can never guarantee your long term financial security. independence and financial well being. Some people think that starting a business is very complicated and out of reach but that is often not true. You have to make reasonable assessment and be reasonably sure that it will be profitable before starting.
You can consider the following and this is the strategy I used when I started my own business;
1. Find the right type of business which you have interest in
for example, trading, service, restaurants, light manufacturing, or whatever which would not need a big amount of money. It is not as difficult as you think and may not need a big amount of money.
2. Get a job at one of those businesses, start at a medium position and learn all about the business process.
3. Study other similar businesses and see how they are doing.
4. Write out your business plan and arrange the money.
5. Do as much work yourself as you can in the beginning and avoid employing too much staff because salaries are the biggest expense in a business. Most of the successful companies started small.
6. Be prepared for a tough life because running your own business requires long hours of work and you have to face challenges.
