I have almost forgot the password .haha long time no login .my english was worse than before.it is necessary that practice everyday, including speak, write&listen abilities. to be honest, when come across a foreigner, I want to talk with him, but never take action, because don't know how to express and so nervous. just keep science. although I had passed CET-4, just can read the article , there is something wrong with my accent. I'm afraid that other can't understand and laugh at me.very sensitive and lack of brave. maybe i need make some changes. just speak out and write one article everyday.follow the video to practice the oral.insist on it and make great progress sooner or later .keep going.

- Quite often I meet some nice people at railway stations or on the streets who offer help to me. They are so helpful and nice. I have noticed that they can speak English reasonably well, but they are too anxious and want to find the right words to use. Actually, it is not necessary to be so tense. When I told them to relax, slow down and talk slowly, they can speak quite well in English. So, as you can see most people are too tense. Just take it easy and the second time, you would find you can speak quite well. This show practice is important.
You are right to watch video, news and radio to practice your English. That is a good way to learn. Keep going.
