learn new words and grammatical rules

when you want to take with foreigner, you need use some words to make sentences and express your feelings.but how to remember new words and manage to the grammatical rules? as you see,it's so boring and ineffective. although you practice and write the words day after day. still can't use it naturally and forget it easily. how can deal with this issue? pls advise your comments. tks in advance.

- Yes, you are right. No matter how hard you try to remember the grammatical rules and vocabulary, you still can't speak it out effectively.
Believe me, just forget all those grammar rules. Use the practice method.
One of my friends, a foreigner, he never learn grammar, don't know what is a noun or adjective, but he can speak fluently. This is sound unbelievable but it is true. Don't tire yourself unnecessarily.
If I talk to you in English, I am sure you would be able to reply me. May be in the beginning you would be a bit clumsy but you would quickly improve and become fluent.
Teaching and learning English is tedious and takes quite a lot of time, so it would be hard to practice with you, but it you really want to give it a try, let me know.

I need improve by myself firstly so that i can find the confidence to talk with you. haha. now i 'll insist on listen the radio and write the article. although this time i can't understand what's the radio say and refer the dictionary frequently.i believe it will workable for improving sooner or later. tks again
