some people usually complain that life is so hard .it's still no any success even though they work hard . they feel unhappy and very disappointment .maybe they'll lose their's heart and can't believe in themselves any more and then give up the previous dream and keep staying in the same place or retreat .

is that  god forget you ?  in my opinion, it's the most important thing is that you need check yourself and  find the proper position.in that case, you'll love your job and eager to learn new knowledge to improve your abilities .not only can get an high salary, but also realize your value in career. you can get well along with colleague and can be appreciated by the leadership. get more chance and challenge and you deserve to be promoted.
