The pain of a night of insomnia
the night of the day before yesterday i watched Johnny Depp's <The Libertine>,and half past one went to bed,but i wasn't sleepy completely.till two o'clock unconsciously fallen into sleep,yesterday i felt very tired,,and now is also tired,it is a real torment to me.

- It is indeed a suffering if I cannot fall asleep even though I am extremly exhuasted, desiring to have a sound sleep. I can understand you. Heihei.

i guess that genre of films are inappropriate to be watched before sleeping, likewise, i do not suggest you watch thrilling movies too, you would probably have nightmares which is more of a torment to you

Heihei.sleep is very important for us,every night 11-1 o'clock we must go to bed, this habit could make us energetic the whole day.but I almost did not go to bed so early,accordingly ,i will go to bed as early as possible.

- Sometimes i just can't get a sound sleep as you . The more i hunger for a fast sleep , the more thing will come into my mind , the tougher i find out it'll be . How terrible ! wish everyone to dream a sweat dream , never ever fall into the condition as me .
